This Roundtable discusses how to ensure that climate change does not reverse development gains of households and communities, or hinder their efforts to escape poverty. The session focuses on building resilience and disaster risk reduction with these communities through human and institutional capacity building, access and rights to information, decision-making processes and productive resources, and technology as linked to the post-2015 agenda.
