The Global Plan of Action to Combat Trafficking in Persons adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in July 2010 reaffirmed the commitment of the Member States to end the heinous crime of trafficking in persons, to protect and assist victims, to prosecute perpetrators and to promote partnerships to strengthen cooperation for those purposes.
Presentation of the video highlighting the exploitation of vulnerable women and girls around the world and the response by the international community to stand against it.
