The UN Forum on Forests Working Group will meet from 16-20 January to develop proposals for the UN Strategic Plan for Forests for the period 2017-2030 and the quadrennial programme of work for the period 2017-2020. The working group will submit its proposals to the UNFF special session, which will be convened on 20 January in the afternoon, immediately upon the adjournment of the working group.
