Presentation of oral update by the Commission of Inquiry on the Syrian Arab Republic to the Human Rights Council. Will detail recent findings on serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law documented in the armed conflict, particularly through the use of indiscriminate shelling, illegal weapons and siege warfare tactics. The Commission will also circulate a written paper to supplement their oral update (shared on Tuesday morning).
