This will be the second informal joint session, following the August session, regarding the impact of the Ebola crisis on peacebuilding efforts in the three PBC agenda countries as well as an opportunity for the Commission to continue its specific and strategic reflection on the role it may play going forward in order to help address the long-term political, economic, social and institutional consequences of the crisis on peacebuilding efforts, in parallel with the ongoing focus on the health care related aspects of the crisis.  Additional details about this joint session will follow shortly.
