The Permanent Mission of Spain to the United Nations will organize a side event with the aim to disclose the collaboration agreement recently drawn up by UN Water (through UN Zaragoza Office to Support the International Decade for Action “Water for Life” 2005-2015), together with the World Council of Civil Engineers and Aquae Foundation.
The agreement comprises the release of three monographic publications on relevant issues to the topic of the International Year on Water Cooperation, will launch the first publication called “Water and Cooperation”.
