The meeting is a further contribution to the follow-up to the Conference on the World Financial and Economic Crisis and Its Impact on Development. The meeting will be chaired by His Excellency Abdul Salam Diallo (Senegal), Chair of the Second Committee.
A keynote address will be delivered by Mr. José Antonio Ocampo, Professor of Professional Practice in International and Public Affairs, School of International and Public Affairs, Columbia University, and Chair of the Committee for Development Policy, followed by panel presentations and interactive discussions.
