Member Verification Errors If you receive a member verification error while logging in to Online Banking, there is either a problem with the member number or password. Browser Tips To determine what browser and version you are using follow these simple instructions.
Open your browser. At the top, click on HELP or on a Macintosh select the browser name in the menu bar. Select the "About BROWSER NAME” where the BROWSER NAME is, for example, FIREFOX or INTERNET EXPLORER. This will display the version of the browser you are using. Click on OK or the Close button to exit.

Cookies & Temporary Internet Files A cookie in its simplest term is a piece of data that can be stored in a browser's cache. If you visit a website and then revisit it, the cookie data can be used to identify you as a return visitor. Occasionally this piece of information may become corrupted and need to be deleted to allow you to reconnect to a specific web server such as your Online Banking server.
Temporary Internet Files
These are a collection of the most recent Web pages and files downloaded from the Web. The files are stored in a folder that acts as a cache so that subsequent requests are retrieved from the local hard disk. When the user requests the same page again, a request is sent to the Web site for the date of the file. If the date is newer than the one stored locally, the page is downloaded. If it is the same, the page is read locally.
